Programme Note

The Brandenburg Choral Festival of London welcomes Invicta Voices, one of London’s leading a cappella chamber choirs, and conductor Matthew Bamford to the 2018 Autumn Series. Their varied repertoire in the first half will include several contemporary favourites by composers including Morten Lauridsen, James MacMillan and Eric Whitacre. After the interval they will be joined by resident orchestra Brandenburg Sinfonia for a performance of Fauré’s beautiful Requiem.

This concert will be performed by candlelight.
