Programme Note

The Brandenburg Choral Festival of London welcomes back Trinity Laban Chamber Choir and conductor Stephen Jackson, who bring Bach and Jazz to the Spring Series. Patrick Gowers, jazz pianist and composer of iconic TV scores Sherlock Holmes and Smiley’s People, also wrote spine-tingling anthems for English cathedral choirs. His lifelong inspiration was the music of J.S. Bach, so sit back and relax as TLCC explore the music of both men in this very special programme leading us from Bach to Baker Street!
