Add to my Calendar 15-10-2015 19:30 15-10-2015 21:30 36 Malvern Concert Club 'A superb performance alive to the music's every nuance' was the BBC Music Magazine's verdict on The Schubert Ensemble's performance of Enescu's Piano Quintet, which the Ensemble play tonight in their third and final concert exploring the music of this neglected Romanian composer.  The four regular players are joined on this occasion by their frequent partner, violinist Alexandra Wood.  For the first time in this series, they include a work by Schubert himself and conclude with Schumann's lyrical Piano Quintet, a companion piece to his Piano Quartet heard in October 2014.
