The first of three concerts in our exciting collaboration with the fourth London Festival of Bulgarian Culture will feature Bulgarian string players and a British pianist:  Violinist Evgeniy Chevkenov (Professor at Richard Wagner Conservatoire, Vienna), Alexander Somov (Principal cellist at Strasbourg Philharmonic), violist Devorina Gamalova (Professor at Birmingham Conservatoire), pianist Simon Callaghan (Artistic director of Conway Hall Sunday Concerts), and double bass player Julita Fasseva (member of Royal Flemish Philharmonic).   Alongside Bulgarian works will be perennial favourites by Haydn and Schubert as well as beautiful violin and piano transcriptions by Fritz Kreisler.
