Matthew Petrie is joining Bristol Chamber Orchestra to perform Vivaldi's Concerto for Bassoon in E minor.  He is currently principal contrabassoon and co-principal bassoon of the Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra of London (www.london-orchestra.com) and guest principal bassoon with the Romanian Philharmonic Orchestra, ‘Filharmonia Oltenia’. He won the Classic FM Young Musician of the Year Award and later received a scholarship to become an Aldeburgh Young Musician.
