The Esmé Quartet was formed in 2016 at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz in Cologne. After residencies in 2018 at top European festivals in Aix-en-Provence and Esterházy and participation at the McGill International String Quartet Academy in Montreal, plans for 2019 include a debut concert at the prestigious Lucerne Festival.
