Musicke in the Ayre

Programme Note

This virtual recital celebrates Musicke in the Ayre's 12-year relationship with Jackdaws Music Education Trust in deepest Somerset. Their "Sing, sing, sing" course taught by renowned lute-song duo Evelyn Tubb and Michael Fields has been a keystone in our development. This video is a compilation of video clips of live performances by those of our singers who have attended this course with leader Din Ghani over the years, and is introduced by Evelyn and Michael.
