Add to my Calendar 28-05-2019 19:00 28-05-2019 21:00 36 Top US Choir Strike The Right Note in the Heart of London Baltimore-based Morgan State University Choir heads to the UK, with a concert at the Gresham Centre in the stunning church of St Anne and St Agnes in London on 28 May.  The evening will be a wonderful mix of spiritual classics alongside arrangements of iconic songs by The Beatles, including ‘Penny Lane’ and ‘Let It Be’, in addition to excerpts from Gershwin’s ‘Porgy & Bess’ and Bernstein’s ‘Mass’.  Previously, this top collegiate gospel choir were invited by First Lady Michelle Obama to perform at The White House for a televised music special, ‘Music in the Gospel Tradition’. The choir supported Aretha Franklin, who together sang in front of President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama. Gresham Centre, London DD/MM/YYYY
