Fitzroy String Quartet

Add to my Calendar 15-03-2025 19:30 15-03-2025 21:30 36 Fitzroy String Quartet The Fitzroy Quartet was formed in 2015 whilst studying at the Royal Academy of Music, receiving tuition from the Endellion Quartet’s Garfield Jackson.  The Quartet were appointed as Chamber Music Fellows at the Academy and Associate Ensemble at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.  In 2017, they won the Beethoven Prize at the 2nd International Beethoven Chamber Music Competition.  The Quartet were Tunnel Trust Award Winners for the 2019/20 season. The Quartet regularly performs across the UK, Europe and the world at prestigious venues and festivals, including multiple performances at the Wigmore Hall.  Collaborations include Octet performances with the Brodsky, Doric and Piatti Quartets. Programme Note
