Programme Note

Nottingham Philharmonic Orchestra will be performing Brahms' violin concerto with Callum Smart and Tchaikovsky's Overture Romeo and Juliet, as well as music by Beethoven, Mendelssohn and Weber.   

A socially-distanced audience will be treated to wonderful melodies and exciting rhythms, with an opportunity to hear the full range of orchestral instruments.  We have a superb violin soloist in the Brahms, and also a skilled bassoon player Nicolò Biemmi playing the Weber concerto.

Refreshments will be available.
